Pochē Aesthetics Design Services Private Limited (“Pochē”, “we”, “us”) is an architecture and interior design practice based in New Delhi. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about a project, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
It is written to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you contact us — through the enquiry form on this website, by email, on WhatsApp, or through a social media message or lead form — we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number
- The location of your property or plot
- The service you are interested in, your approximate budget range and timeline
- The approximate size of the property
- Anything else you choose to tell us about your project
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account details, identity document numbers, or other sensitive personal information through these channels.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Reply to your enquiry and understand whether we are the right studio for your project
- Arrange and hold a consultation
- Prepare a proposal, scope and fee estimate
- Communicate with you during a project, if we go on to work together
- Keep our own records of enquiries and commissions
- Meet any legal or tax obligations that apply to us
We will not add you to a marketing list simply because you made an enquiry. If we ever want to send you something other than a reply to your enquiry, we will ask you first.
The basis on which we process it
When you send us an enquiry, you are sharing your details voluntarily and for a specific purpose: so that we can respond to you about a design project. We treat your information as given for that purpose only. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing us at the address below.
Who we share it with
Your information stays within our studio except where sharing it is necessary. That may include:
- Members of our team working on your enquiry or project
- Consultants and contractors engaged on your project, where you have asked us to coordinate them
- Service providers who run our email, website hosting, form handling and analytics
- Government or law enforcement authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not trade or rent enquiry lists to anyone.
Enquiries through social media
If you reach us through a lead form or direct message on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, we receive the details you entered there and use them to follow up about your project. Those platforms also handle your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it takes to respond and to follow up sensibly. If a project goes ahead, we keep project records for the duration of the commission and afterwards for our own reference and for as long as tax and legal rules require. If you ask us to erase your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including limiting who on our team can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we are using it
- Correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything missing
- Erase your personal data
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave
- Address a grievance about how we have handled your data
Write to us at the email address below and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults commissioning work on a property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have, we will delete it.
